Just a week after being overthrown by The Weeknd’s “Starboy” for the No. 1 overall spot, Rae Sremmurd and Gucci Mane’s “Black Beatles” is the top song in the country again for the seventh week. Right behind it, though, is Migos and Lil Uzi Vert’s “Bad & Boujee,” which climbed to No. 2 this week. “Starboy” is now No. 3.
“Bad & Boujee,” jumped from the No. 13 spot all the way through the top 10, largely due to the help of insane numbers from streaming platforms like Apple Music, Spotify and Youtube. For Migos, this is a huge milestone as their highest previous appearance was at No. 69 with "Fight Night."
This is the first time in a year and a half that the top two songs in the country were also the top two on the rap charts, according to Billboard. In May 2015, Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again” and Fetty Wap’s “Trap Queen” were one and two, respectively.
